Person to Person: Every Person to Person(P2P) delivery will be fully processed within 4 hours of the order being placed, according to our instant delivery policy. The maximum weight and pricing limits for P2P are 5KG and 5000BDT, respectively, while the minimum weight and pricing limits are 1KG and 100TK.
The delivery of all merchant orders is completed within 24 hours of the order being placed. The payment settlement is completed within 24 hours. Our policies also include Insurance coverage of up to 5000 tk.
All riders must have a National Identification Number (NID). A valid driver's licence is required for all motorcycle riders.
