Person to Person: Every Person to Person(P2P) delivery will be fully processed within 4 hours of the order being placed, according to our instant delivery policy. The maximum weight and pricing limits for P2P are 5KG and 5000BDT, respectively, while the minimum weight and pricing limits are 1KG and 100TK.
The delivery of all merchant orders is completed within 24 hours of the order being placed. The payment settlement is completed within 24 hours. Our policies also include Insurance coverage of up to 5000 tk.
All riders must have a National Identification Number (NID). A valid driver's licence is required for all motorcycle riders.
Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of parcelmagic.com, Inc. (“Courier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Courier is a centralised application programming interface (API) messaging system that allows developers to route user notifications from multiple existing channels to the most appropriate web and mobile application for the recipient (the "Service"). This privacy policy explains what personal Information (as defined below) we collect, how we use and share it, and what choices you have about our data practices. This privacy policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service or providing any Personal Information to Courier. We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) as follows:
Personal Information You Provide: When you sign up for a demonstration, register for an account, or otherwise contact us, we collect the following categories of Personal Information from you. Anything considered Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation, including any implementing national laws and regulations ("GDPR"), is considered Personal Information. Your name, email address, phone number, and information about your request are examples of Personal Information we collect, depending on what you choose to provide.
Identification Information: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and position at your company are all collected. We may collect additional information from you if you register through a third-party service like Google or GitHub, as permitted by the third-party service's settings.
Financial Information: The financial information required to process your payments, such as your payment card number and authentication details, will be collected by our payment processor(s). Please note, however, that we only keep a tokenized version of such information on our servers and do not keep payment card information.
Communication Information: When you contact us with questions or concerns, as well as when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys, or requests for market research, we may collect information. You have the option of providing communication information.
Social Media Information: We have pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as a GitHub community page (collectively "Social Media Pages"). We collect Personal Information that you choose to provide to us, such as your contact information, when you interact with our Social Media Pages. Furthermore, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate data and analytics about how our Social Media Pages are being used.
Internet Activity Information: We may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions with the Service when you visit, use, or interact with it. You can unsubscribe from emails by following the instructions in each promotional email we send you or contacting us. You will no longer receive marketing communications if you unsubscribe from our mailing lists, but we will continue to contact you about our Site and Services and to respond to your requests. We will never contact Recipients for any reason, including marketing, unless the Customer specifically requests it.
Your personal information is never sold by Courier. Unless required by law, we may share certain categories of Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you in certain circumstances. Courier imposes confidentiality, privacy, and data protection terms on the following third parties that protect your Personal Information to the same level as this Privacy Policy.
Vendors and Service Providers: We may share Personal Data with service providers to help us meet business operations needs and perform certain services and functions, such as hosting, cloud services, and other information technology services providers; event management, email communication software providers, and email newsletter providers; database and sales/customer relationship management services; payment processors; and web analytics services (for more information on the third parties that we share Personal Data with, see the section below). In the course of performing their duties for us, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Data in accordance with our instructions.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganisation, bankruptcy, receivership, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of service to another provider (collectively, a "Transaction"), your Personal Information and other information may be shared during the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction, and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of or following that Transaction.

We keep Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as long as it is required by law (for example, for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer. We keep information about your marketing preferences until you opt out of receiving these communications and in accordance with our policies if you have elected to receive marketing communications from us. Parcelmagic is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and runs its website from there. The information you provide and that this Site collects may be stored on servers outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, and the applicable privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your home jurisdiction. If you choose to provide information to us from outside Bangladesh, Bangladesh will transfer your personal information to other countries and process it there. You consent to this data transfer and processing by using this website.
Our service is not intended for children under the age of sixteen. Courier does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Information to Courier through the Service, please contact us and we will make every effort to remove that information from our databases.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media services, that are not operated or controlled by Courier ("Third Party Sites"). The information you share with Third Party Sites is governed by the Third Party Sites' specific privacy policies and terms of service, not by this Privacy Policy.
